These specific watts ae to ensure the lights get the exact amount of electricity to avoid malfunctions, buzzing sounds, and flickering lights. Non-dimmable drivers offer more uniformity in the lights whenever it's turned on. This also avoids problems that are caused by the uneven distribution of power or the lack of power needed to operate an LED light.
